delivery policy

Purchased items will be sent to your delivery address via our courier within 24-48 hours of your purchase. Small items are typically dispatched within 3 hours if order was placed at least 3 hours before our store closing time for that particular day. Larger items such as furniture will be dispatched depending on availability of vehicles that can safely fit our products in order to meet our quality assurance protocol, but we will do our best to get it to you within 24 hours.

Items purchased will be sent alongside any taxable documents (Factura), and items alongside taxable documents must be checked for damages and errors once the courier arrives at your delivery address. Melange Home Decor is not responsible for any damaged products after the courier has left the delivery address and the products have been accepted into ownership by the client.  

We offer delivery service for the following areas in Guatemala City with an additional cost of Q35.00:

Delivery service is available for the following areas in Guatemala City through the Glovo courier service at an extra cost, calculated at the time of shipment depending on your address:

• Zone 15
• Zone 16 
• Carretera a El Salvador

Delivery service for other departments in Guatemala is available through Cargo Expreso (C.O.D service) shipping at an extra cost which will be billed to you upon delivery. Please contact our store for an estimated shipping cost.
